  • Analyzing and defining business problems along with an understanding of the technology landscape.
  • Identifying, and defining business goals, KPIs and designing workflows.
  • Proficient in creating business/ project documents (BRD, FRD/FSD, Logic Doc, etc.). Experience in project management tools like Jira/ Confluence/ Azure DevOps etc. including familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of a project.
  • Good to have the ability of understanding & responding to RFPs, and creation of business cases (open in terms of functional/ domain knowledge)
  • Strong technology acumen, and exposure to data analysis tools (Advanced Excel/ SQL/ Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Basic understanding of key technology trends like Data analytics, Cloud tech (AWS, MS Azure, etc.), and business cases around it.
  • Good to have knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and operations.
  • Strong familiarity with People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to ingestion, transformation, and visualization

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline.
