*Experience Criteria:*

• Sr. BDA:

– 1.5–6 years total experience

– Minimum 1 year EdTech experience mandatory (*Working Professional Selling* Or *Degree Course Selling*)

• BDA:

– 0–1.5 years experience

• Sales experience mandatory for both roles

*Salary Range:*

• Fresher / 1 Year Experience: *Up to 7–8 LPA CTC*

• 2+ Years Experience in *Working Professional Selling* Or *Degree Course Selling* : *Up to 11.80 LPA CTC*
