Core Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Market Leadership

  • Identify and lead penetration into untapped Tier 1 & Tier 2 architect networks.
  • Define BD playbooks per city/region aligned with brand positioning.
  • Represent in high-level architecture forums, summits, and design conclaves.

2. Architect Acquisition & High-Impact Engagement

  • Acquire high-value design firms with repeat project potential.
  • Lead curated presentation strategies using Mercantile kits and storytelling-based engagement.
  • Position as a creative partner, not a supplier via co-branded events, CPDs, and thought leadership sessions.

3. Specification-to-Order Conversion Strategy

  • Design and monitor follow-through funnels for all key specifications.
  • Collaborate with product and dealer teams to fast-track closures.
