Job Description
The person must reside in any part of the Mexican Republic, it is a vacancy for Mexico.
**Requirements**:
Between 6 and 10 years of experience in selling B2B human resources consulting services (personnel recruitment, headhunting) or any kind of service.
Advanced English (conversational, writing, and comprehension)
**Experience working in the USA market (sales). (is a must)**
AA and AAA business prospecting in person and virtually
Generation of leads in different networks such as Linkedin
Negotiation at management levels or with heads of areas
After-sales follow-up
Customer service.
Knowledge and experience with MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Oracle, etc)
Capacities for time management and planning
Self-managed, used to working with mínimal supervision.
Management of commercial KPIs
Accustomed to working on goals and objectives.
