Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Developer to lead the creation and growth of a new business unit focused on the global commercialization of grains, oils, and pulses.
This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building international trading channels, and establishing a strong supplier and client network across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the new global trading unit specializing in grains, oils, and pulses.
Identify, evaluate, and secure new international suppliers and buyers, building long-term commercial relationships.
Conduct market analysis to detect trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the agricultural commodities sector.
Negotiate commercial agreements ensuring competitive conditions, risk mitigation, and profitability.
Manage the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and deal structuring to closing and post-sales follow-up.
