Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with overall sales objectives (growth, retention, cross- & upsell).
  • Translate sales targets into sector-specific actions and monitor progress through regular account reviews.
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term commercial relationships; act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Drive growth by replicating successful approaches across similar customers and sectors.
  • Manage sales opportunities end-to-end, including scoping customer needs, preparing and defending proposals, and closing contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, customer service, finance) to ensure feasible and profitable solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and customer expectations and share insights with internal teams.
