Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans aligned with overall sales objectives (growth, retention, cross- & upsell).Translate sales targets into sector-specific actions and monitor progress through regular account reviews.Build, manage, and expand long-term commercial relationships; act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.Drive growth by replicating successful approaches across similar customers and sectors.Manage sales opportunities end-to-end, including scoping customer needs, preparing and defending proposals, and closing contracts.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, customer service, finance) to ensure feasible and profitable solutions.Monitor market trends and customer expectations and share insights with internal teams.
