Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer to expand our presence across Europe. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, requiring persistence, creativity, and excellent communication skills to open doors and build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients around Europe within IT, digital transformation, and related sectors.

• Execute cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, and HubSpot to build, manage, and track lead pipelines.

• Qualify prospects to assess their needs for IT outsourcing and nearshore software development.
