The Business Developer will focus on identifying and developing valorisation opportunities within the Faculty of Behavioural and Movement Sciences, with a particular emphasis on Amsterdam Movement Sciences (AMS), an innovative research institute. AMS is a collaborative institute of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam UMC. Its mission is to optimise physical performance in both health and disease, and to translate this expertise into solutions that enhance human physical and mental wellbeing.

As a Business Developer you will pro-actively support researchers in bringing their research ideas to the market, e.g. by protecting and licensing Intellectual Property (IP), by supporting and initiating a start-up or by facilitating contract research with public or private partners.
