Job Description
- Previous experience with working on Shipbuilding projects or Industrial Construction projects
- Ideally MSc/BSc degree in commercial, naval, mechanical or civil engineering.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with engineering firms, major accounts, EPCs, field engineering, sales management, business development, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies for complex customers
- Knowledge of shipbuilding industry and applications is preferred
- Business development/sales experience for engineered products or sales of technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and creation of trust through active listening.
- Working in matrix organization - influencing via leadership, not via authority.
