Business Developer – T&D Team

We are hiring: Business Developer – (T&D Team)

At CHINT Electric, our T&D business keeps growing.

We are looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our position in High Voltage, while keeping an eye on opportunities that go beyond transformers — including medium voltage solutions.

This role is about expanding markets, building relationships and developing business opportunities across the HV (and MV) landscape:

Identify new customers and markets in utilities, EPCs and industrial sectors.

Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders in T&D projects.

Work closely with the technical and application engineering teams to turn specifications into business.

Promote CHINT's HV solutions (transformers, substations, AIS/GIS, switchgear).

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales in the High Voltage or Medium Voltage industry.
• Strong understanding of T&D projects, EPCs and utilities.
• Technical background or ability to handle technical-commercial discussions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory).
• Availability to travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, with strong networking skills.

Location: Madrid (hybrid work model).
