Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Admin to provide administrative and operational support to branch teams. This role involves handling staff inquiries, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining branch records. The successful candidate will support branch openings, relocations, renovations, and closures, coordinate supplies, maintenance, utilities, and system setups, liaising with branch managers and contractors.
This role will stay more in office. (Section 52, PJ)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to outlets for renovation assets, ensuring all charges are accurate, properly supported with documentation, and issued on time.
- Maintain complete records of outlet renovation assets and monitor the movement, transfer, and usage of these assets across all outlets within the Group.
