 We are hiring BDE – Recruitment Sales (WFH)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Pitch company services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery as per client needs

  • Handle lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn

  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
