Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Pitch company services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery as per client needs
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Experience in lead generation and cold calling
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
