Business Development Analyst

Duties:• Assist in preparation and review of fee proposals for architectural and design projects.• Develop fee breakdowns, and pricing structures based on project requirements.• Analyze historical project data to support accurate fee estimations.• Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize business performance, pipeline metrics, and market insights.• Manage data sets and perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power queries, advanced formulas).• Track KPIs related to business development, including lead conversion rates, proposal success rates, and revenue forecasts.• Maintain the project database, ensuring all fee structures, cost data, and updates are accurate.• Assist in preparing internal reports for management, including monthly performance summaries.• Support the optimization of internal processes related to costing, forecasting, and financial tracking.• Verify fee proposals and calculations for accuracy and compliance with interna...
