Job Description

Ensures an organized and compliant lease portfolio through effective documentation, coordination, and record management. Supports timely payments, development pipelines, and overall business objectives.

KRA 1: LEASE CONTRACT & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

  • Administer and track lease agreements, renewals, relocations, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to validate requirements and ensure smooth execution of obligations.
  • Liaise with landlords and property partners to clarify terms, resolve issues, and ensure commitments are met.

KRA 2: EXPANSION & STORE GROWTH SUPPORT

  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights that guide network planning and site selection.
  • Assist in preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and financial projections to support site approvals.
