Business Development Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to source, structure, and acquire larger SME loan opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong origination skills, a solid understanding of SME financing needs, and the ability to perform thorough initial credit assessments, including preparation of high-quality credit papers for internal approval.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and acquire new SME clients with a focus on larger loan exposures (e.g., RM5 million and above).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through active networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Proactively develop financing solutions tailored to SME clients’ business needs, covering working capital, trade financing, term loans, and contract financing.
