Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquiring SME clients through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Leading negotiations and closing deals to expand the SME loan portfolio effectively.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ financing requirements and delivering tailored loan solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and excellent client experience.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance our product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years' sales experience in SME/ Business Banking with a focus on SME financing and microfinancing products.
  • Established and extensive B2B network with SME clients and access to high-profile SME contacts.
