Responsibilities

  • Searching and finding the right KOC/KOL based on company products.
  • Bargaining paid collaboration with KOL to help the company get the best deal.
  • Prepare the contract to KOL and maintain KOL relationships.
  • Finish the monthly KOC/KOL tasks and report to the supervisor.
  • Join the TikTok/Shopee event to find affiliates.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Preferably a Cum Laude.
  • Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, negotiation capabilities, analytical thinking.
  • Identify good Influencers, build good relationships with them, and develop strategies for growth.
