Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard and manage professionals/partners
2. Solve operational challenges and provide team support
3. Develop strong partner relationships and activate the supply

Other Requirements:
1. Less than 6 months of work experience and from a decent college
2. Commitment to office hours (9:30 AM to 8 PM)
3. Strong sales skills
4. Proficiency in basic mathematics and calculations
5. Laptop and mobile
6. Fluency in regional language preferred
