ANGARAI is seeking a Business Development Associate to support and manage the end-to-end growth, capture, and proposal operations lifecycle, serving as the operational backbone of the Growth Department . This role is responsible for ensuring that business development, capture, proposal, pricing, staffing, compliance, and submission activities are executed in a structured, compliant, and timely manner, using Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive as the single systems of record.


The Business Development Associate  plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth, operational discipline, data integrity, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
