Role Overview:

Inside Sales and Education Counselling roles involving student interaction, program counselling, lead conversion, and achievement of enrolment targets for UG, PG, MBA, and Working Professional programs.

Experience Criteria:

* Freshers to 6 years experience

* Freshers allowed only for Scaler Normal process

* Degree Course Sales / B2C EdTech Sales preferred

* NEET / JEE / CET counsellors, academic counsellors, admission counsellors can be sourced

Salary Range:

* Freshers / up to 1 year: Up to 7–8 LPA CTC

* Working Professional / Degree Course Sales (2+ years): Up to 11.80 LPA CTC

* Decent hike on last drawn salary

Working Days, Timings & Week Off:

Scaler Academy / Scaler School of Business:

* Day shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

* Working days: Wednesday to Sunday (5 days)

* Week off: Monday and Tuesday

Locations & Work Mode:

* Scaler Normal – Gurugram / Bangalore (WFH for first month, then WFO)

* Scaler MBA – Gurugram (Work From Office from Day 1)

Age Limit:

* Up to 31–32 years
