Key Responsibilities:





1. Sales and Business Development:




o Actively identify, prospect, and reach out to potential authors and clients. 


o Promote and sell publishing service packages tailored to authors' needs, including
book writing, editing, design, and marketing solutions. 


o Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.




2. Client Relationship Management:




o Build and maintain long-term relationships with authors, ensuring a seamless
onboarding experience.


 o Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust. 


o Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.




3. Market Research and Analysis:




o Stay updated on publishing industry trends and competitors to identify new
opportunities. 


o Gather feedback from authors and clients to refine service offerings.





4. Collaboration:




o Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial, design, and marketing to ensure a
smooth transition for onboarded authors. 


o Provide insights and inputs to improve service offerings based on client feedback.




Qualifications and Skills:





 Proven experience of min. 1 year in sales or business development, preferably in publishing,
media, or a related industry.


 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


  Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.




 Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping authors achieve their dreams. 


 Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
