Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and meticulously analyze prospective customers' requirements, pain points, and preferences to effectively tailor product/project offerings.
- Pre-Sales Management: Take full ownership of the entire pre-sales function, from initial lead handling and qualification to successfully coordinating and ensuring site visits for potential customers.
- Sales Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the sales team post-site visits, and meticulously update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Conduct consistent and effective follow-ups with customers, manage the database of leads allocation, and strive to achieve high sales conversions through persistent and persuasive communication.
