Role: Business Development Associate (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to learners interested in improving their Spoken English
• Understand their challenges (fluency, confidence, grammar, vocabulary, speaking hesitations)
• Recommend the right Spoken English learning plan based on needs and goals
• Explain program features, outcomes, learning structure & benefits
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling
• Provide smooth onboarding support for enrolled learners

Requirements:

• Graduates with sales or counselling experience
