Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls professionally
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer details
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  • Handle customer objections politely and effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
  • Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduate preferred
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (E-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Good communication skills in English (regional language is an advantage)
