Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections politely and effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Minimum Graduate preferred
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (E-commerce experience is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English (regional language is an advantage)
