We are expanding our M&A team in Latin America and are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to support efforts in identifying and building relationships with niche software companies across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with software business owners and founders across Latin America.

· Proactively reach out to potential acquisition targets and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture strong pipelines.
