Role Description
Join AscendEX as a Business Development Associate (Remote in Singapore) and contribute to our expanding influence in the global cryptocurrency exchange market. This is a full-time remote position. Your mission will be to service existing clients, generate leads, conduct thorough market research, and develop proposals that drive our strategic objectives forward. You’ll act as a vital link between AscendEX and its diverse client base, driving initiatives that enhance trading volume, foster client relationships, and expand our service offerings. In this position, you’ll help solidify AscendEX’s position as a leading platform in the crypto ecosystem by leveraging our robust network to explore new projects for listings and enhance our platform’s visibility and credibility.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for both institutional and private client inquiries, establishing and maintaining trusted relationships across a diverse client base.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to support post-listing activities, including integration services, marketing campaigns, and staking product promotions.
- Drive trading volume increases by managing and enhancing client relationships through superior service offerings and competitive fee strategies.
- Offer technical assistance to clients utilizing our platform and API, promoting a great user experience.
- Collaborate with projects and market makers to ensure robust liquidity for trading pairs.
- Proactively conduct outreach to prospective and existing clients to uncover new listing opportunities and upsell our services.
- Initiate and strengthen key partnerships and coordinate promotional or social media events to foster business growth.
- Analyze transaction data to identify growth opportunities and streamline business operations.
Requirements
- Passionate about digital assets, Web3, and blockchain technology.
- Experience in proactive client engagement and strategic networking.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of preparing and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Strong background in lead generation and market research.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and driven, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in the finance or cryptocurrency sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
