Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Mohali district. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential leads, researching market opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients. This role involves performing tasks such as initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, maintaining customer data, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in driving sales goals by proactively seeking and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn; run cold outreach campaigns and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Sales & Closing: Conduct client meetings and present company services; handle follow-ups, resolve objections, and close deals; meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
