About the role

You will work directly alongside senior commercial leaders to help develop relationships with:

  • Shipowners
  • Leasing banks and financial institutions in China and APAC
  • Senior maritime decision makers across the region

You will learn how ship management / services contracts are structured, how value is positioned, and how market credibility is built through face-to-face engagement.

Over time, you will be expected to build and manage your own client relationships and travel schedule.

This is a travel-heavy role once established. You should be comfortable with:

  • Regular regional travel
  • Some periods away for 2–3 weeks at a time

A role that is built around being out meeting people, and building relationships in person. This suits someone who enjoys being on the move and working in different environments.
