Benefits and Life at HUB24 Learn more about our employee benefits Job Summary: As a Business Development Associate you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to the local sales team-including the State Manager, Business Development Manager, and Training Relationship Manager-helping streamline processes and reduce administrative workload so they can focus on driving growth. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and enable the team to achieve their objectives. Responsibilities: Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery for meetings and events. Coordinate booking of state adviser functions and events. Manage weekly sales and operations meeting agendas. Assist with onboarding registrations for new users. Provide ad hoc reporting using Power BI and Salesforce. Prepare and distribute approved fee calculators to advisers, ensuring templates are locked, QA checked, and approved before release. Maintain Excel reports to track adviser and AFSL activities, performance metrics, and sales data. Generate and analyse Salesforce reports to monitor account performance, client interactions, and sales pipeline, providing insights to support strategic decisions. Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the team, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Work with State Managers and BDMs to process team expenses accurately and on time. Requirements: Deep understanding of the financial planning advice market and the advice process Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of business acumen with an innovative approach to problem-solving Exceptional phone manner and professional presence Self-motivated, intuitive, and solutions-focused Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management Strong administration skills and ability to work autonomously Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant tools and systems Reliable, proactive, and able to handle pressure while meeting deadlines Demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to succeed Ability to provide insights and contribute as an integral part of a successful, dedicated team The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
