Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product implementation.

  • Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information for product customization.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.

  • Build and maintain strong post-implementation relationships with clients.
    • Act as a point of contact (POC) for client inquiries related to the product.
    Training for the above will be given by the Team
