Business Development Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic person to join our team. The role will be based in Ontario (Toronto) and reports to Collage’s AVP of Sales.

Responsibilities

• Unlock Collage’s referral partner program for accounting firms, with a focus on payroll software.
• Generate new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Run the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, product demos, proposal building, and closing.
• Manage a small inbound pipeline and take prospects from first touch to closed‑won.
• Become an expert in our HR and payroll platform so you can confidently guide prospects through their decision‑making process.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline management in our CRM.
