JOB SPECIFICATIONS

An Associate Business Development Executive who supports the Business Development Head in driving company growth.

The role involves market research to identify new business opportunities and develop business expansion plans to strengthen the company’s product portfolio and market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Gender preference: 1 (female)
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related course with a strong academic background.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development (preferred but not required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present ideas persuasively.
  • Ability to develop basic marketing plans and build rapport quickly with clients and suppliers.
