Business Development Associate

This role is ideal for a systems-oriented professional who wants to move beyond transactional recruitment into high-level talent consulting and diagnostic strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Client Engagement: Identify and partner with high-growth companies and leadership teams to understand their human capital friction points.
• Talent Diagnostics: Conduct in-depth intake sessions with hiring managers to define Success Profiles and perform failure-mode audits on previous hiring gaps.
• The First Gate Assessment: Execute rigorous initial screenings based on our alignment standards, focusing on technical competency and cultural fit.
