Job Description
The Business Development Associate supports deal follow-ups, proposal coordination, and reporting to ensure timely closure of business opportunities. The role works closely with the Business Manager and cross-functional teams to drive new and ongoing projects across Haryana.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on active and new business opportunities across Uttarpradesh.
- Coordinate with internal departments for proposal preparation and documentation.
- Support the Business Development Officer in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate reports, data tracking, and client communication.
- Assist in field visits, project site visits, and meetings with client offices as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
