Business Development Associate (Inside Sales)
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
About the Role:
Bhanzu is hiring Business Development Associates to drive inside sales by engaging with leads, building strong client relationships, and closing enrollments aligned with our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective customers via calls and digital channels
Qualify leads, pitch programs, and drive conversions
Manage CRM and sales pipeline effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent Bhanzu’s brand with professionalism
Eligibility:
Graduation / Master’s (2025–2026 pass-outs eligible)
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
CTC:
₹6 LPA (₹3.5 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Performance Pay)
