Job Description
As a Business Development Consultant, you will take the lead on the commercial part of the recruitment cycle :
- Identifying and developing business relationships in a competitive environment
- Assessing and responding to the recruitment needs of each client
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Focus on the client side
A successful Business Development Consultant should have:
