Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to deals directly with customers aiming to develop, secure and maintain the most profitable business for Hapag-Lloyd, in accordance with the company’s objectives. The incumbent will also develop small to medium size customers under his/her portfolio and promotes all digital products for Hapag-Lloyd to our customers ensuring the highest level of quality when interacting with them being customer-oriented and creating value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.

Your responsibility :

  • Focus on smaller customers

  • Full selling responsibility, for both new and existing customers

  • Deliver & follow up quotations and handle “Back office” activities

  • FIS RA creation, maintenance, and handling of SC’s

  • Procedure application for New Customers Validation

  • Coordination of rate agreement matter with CS – Issuance and requesting of FMC rates filling
