Responsibilities




  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up sales orders as assigned

  • Sales order processing and following up with factory for production planning

  • Provide sales administrative support such as data input, quotation, sample handling

  • Communication with the sales team, oversea customers, factories, shipping liner

  • Follow the factory shipping schedule

  • Monitor payment status from customers

  • Daily email communication



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support or logistic field

  • Assist sales team and follow up orders

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers for shipment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Self-motivated, positive, able to work independently
