Your Key Accountabilities

  • Sales & Client Activity
    • Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients site owners and key stakeholders
    • Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads
    • Support the progression of opportunities to Qualified-to-Buy and Deal-Won stage
    • Assist Business Development Managers with follow-ups proposals and client communications
  • Pipeline & CRM Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM
    • Ensure all opportunities are regularly updated with correct follow-up actions close dates and deal information
    • Monitor pipeline hygiene and identify outdated or stalled opportunities
    • Support preparation of sales reports and dashboards as required
