Overview
The Business Development Coordinator will support the CEO, General Manager and Business Development team in driving strategic projects and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations. This role involves planning and coordinating marketing efforts, managing event logistics, overseeing billing processes, and facilitating communication across departments to enhance business growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development Manager and GM in business planning, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a marketing content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and brand messaging.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee future events, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
