Reporting to the Vice President of Energy & Industry (E&I), leads a team to develop and implement the segment strategies in India. Implementing segment strategies entails: identifying focus customers & focus applications (which decides which products and services to offer). This is a team leading role. Team leading in our context means that you will spend most of your time coaching team members to increase their competence (higher competence means they will be able to pitch Hilti’s value proposition better) as well as interface with senior customers to help your team successfully negotiate commercial opportunities. This role partners strongly with sales teams (based in India) as well as segment management teams (based in Singapore & Liechtenstein). This role would also feed into the succession pipeline of senior roles in India (. Vice President) and also of the region (. Regional Segment Head)....
