We're looking for a Business Development Director who can accelerate our growth in this domain, with at least 15 years experience in Business Development and at least 5 in a Director role. Someone who understands the medical devices ecosystem, speaks the language of the industry, and can translate Critical's engineering excellence into clear value for customers. This is a role for a strategic thinker who is also a natural connector — someone who can open doors, build trust, and mobilise teams around ambitious goals.
