JK Recruitment is supporting an international client operating in the insurance software space in hiring a Business Development Director for South East Europe.
This role is for a hands on commercial leader who enjoys being close to clients owning deals end to end and actively building the region. You will be responsible for winning new business expanding existing accounts and personally driving revenue growth across South East Europe. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and New Business
Actively identify, approach and engage insurance companies across South East Europe.
Personally lead sales conversations from first contact through proposal negotiation and closing.
Develop trusted relationships with decision makers including executives, business leaders and IT stakeholders.
Convert complex client requirements into clear commercial proposals together with internal teams.
