**Job Description**

BAE Systems Intelligence & Security Sector (I&S) Intelligence Solutions (IS) Business Area is seeking a Business Development (BD) Director to lead our growth efforts at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Reporting directly to the (IS) Vice President, Business Development, and working in support of the Vice President of Programs for this business area, this position will be responsible for understanding customer missions, needs, strategic objectives, addressable market, and organizational dynamics to identify, prioritize and develop new business opportunities. The BD Director will serve as the liaison between the Government and BAE Systems providing insight on customer mission gaps and objectives to BAE Systems engineers and leadership. Technology and solution focus areas include cloud solutions, cyber security, analytics, software development, and operations.
