Business Development Director Needed: Lead the Evolution of our Sales Division & International Expansion At Quadrantix (Qdx) , we are entering a pivotal phase of growth. To achieve this, we are looking for a Business Development Director —not just to manage the status quo, but to restructure our sales engine and lead a high-performance culture. The Challenge: We are looking for a builder. You will take ownership of the sales department, mentoring the team to reach their highest potential while executing a Go-to-Market strategy that opens doors across North America and Latin America. Your Key Objectives: Restructure & Mentor: Assess and optimize our sales structure. You will be a "player-coach," mentoring the team to sharpen their skills and adopt a winning mindset. Scale Our Innovation: We have a game-changing solution ready for the market. You will define the strategy to position it as the standard for Oracle users in the US and LATAM. Drive High-Volume Results: You are an achiever who thrives on exceeding targets. You will lead by example to increase sales volume and market penetration. Who You Are: Market Savvy: You have deep knowledge of the ERP market and understand how to sell complex, high-value technical solutions.
