Job Description

Scope:

  1. Communicate business development strategies with key internal stakeholders.
  2. Confirm business agreements with identified partners, suppliers, and vendors according to existing market expansion plans.
  3. Define research scope and objectives to understand the business environment.
  4. Develop plans for new market entry, existing market expansion, and resource management.
  5. Drive engagement with new target customer segments with other departments.
  6. Evaluate business opportunities using business analytical tools.
  7. Evaluate new businesses and regional relationships to increase market share through partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Joint Ventures (JV).
  8. Evaluate strategies to leverage relationships and network for business opportunities and partnerships.
  9. Lead M&A, JV, and partnerships negotiations.
  10. Lead conversion of proposals to confirmed M&A and JV deals.
