Proposal Specialist Opportunity

Pivotal is currently seeking a Proposal Specialist to support its proposals team throughout the Request for Proposal and Bid Defense process.

• The successful candidate will create, edit, and manage documents (Excel files, Word documents, Power Point presentations) submitted to clients
• Support client contract processing
• Participate in proposals team meetings and activities as required
