Job Description

ISTL Energy is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Engineer – Solar to drive growth in the UAE solar market.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar EPCs or developers , a strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, and proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships in Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments.

This role requires a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Residential and C&I solar projects
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and partnerships
