Business Development - Enterprise Sector (HCLTech)
The candidate for this role is accountable for Sales/Revenue growth and to maintain strong relationships with the clients (including CXO level relationships), increase share of wallet in the account and improve penetration. Ideal candidate should have strong experience selling into Enterprise business segments such as Energy, Industrial, Life Science, Retail or Hospitality.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop Account Plan to map diverse set of customer stakeholders and proactively sell services.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration of HCL services across CIO, CTO, CISO, Digital and Business owners.
- Lead complex sales cycle from proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms till closure for deals.
